Spray Booths with Wet scrubber

The well-known wet scrubbing system based on the Venturi principle is particularly advantageous for large quantities of paint-overspray. For this application, the system combines lower maintenance expenditures and no additional costs for dry filter.

In wet scrubbing systems, the paint particles in the exhaust air are almost completely bound by the scrubbing water and the coagulant. The water-sprinkled booth floor and side walls prevent paint particles from adhering to the greatest possible extent.

The separation of paint sludge and water can be carried out using different processes. Floating and precipitation systems, as well as centrifuges and decanters, are used for this purpose as paint sludge dischargers.

The cleaned scrubber water is returned to the system tank.
